When you meet your private guide at a definite location in Berlin, your stunning beer tour will start with your first degustation—a traditional beer made by admired brewery. Hopfenstopfer Citra Pale Ale is a fruity, freshly kegged brew. (On Sundays, this degustation is Kuchen Kaiser pils and takes place at a different local store.)
After that you head to a bar haunted by locals also known for its unique interior design for your second degustation, Schultheiss Pilsener, a malty, slightly spicy brew made from an 1842 recipe. Next up, your third degustation—Schopper Hell, Black Flag, or Weiz— comes along with a salted German pretzel. After tasting famous German pretzel your taste buds will think they’ve died and gone to culinary heaven. You might also have an amazing opportunity to meet the brewer and explore for yourself his newest creations, depending on a day.
