Overview

Learn the art of Sicilian cuisine!

We will host you at our home, in the historic heart of Berlin, where our kitchen will become the setting for your culinary creations.

We will tell you about the origin and history of this symbolic dish of the trinacria which is connected to the historical, cultural and religious events of the island.

This year's edition includes three classes:
- The Arancini (to choose between the vegetarian and non-vegetarian version)
- The Cannoli
- The Focacce

Included in the course price there will be water and organic wine.
At the end of the course we will leave you a booklet with all the information and the recipes step by step so you can reproduce them at home without problems.

Each society has its own culinary culture. Knowing how to cook means above all respecting one's own origin or discovering the traditions of other parts of the world.
